Profile analysis
You know best what candidate you are looking for. Once you have instructed us, NewRoadz draws a profile analysis in close consultation with you. This analysis accurately reflects the competencies and qualities the candidate must possess. The most appropriate recruitment strategy is then decided on.

Recruitment / Executive Search
Based on experience, a diverse recruitment method is the most productive. The strategic functions are highly important to your business. It follows that it is crucial to bring your business to the attention of as many potential candidates as effectively as possible. One way of doing this would be to place clear and to-the-point adverts in national and regional daily newspapers.

ou could also advertise the vacancy in a professional journal. Not only would you reach the right target group but also people in their direct environment. We know from experience that it is precisely this group that draws candidates’ attention to a vacancy.
In tandem with this, we can consult other media such as relevant websites and online job banks.
Also of importance of course is to notify your own network of the vacancy, as indeed we notify ours. This method enables interested candidates, who may not be able, or are not as yet in a position to apply, to ask us for information free of obligation, without having to identify themselves directly to the principal, who may well be a competitor. NewRoadz treats this as strictly confidential at all times. Our basic principle: only the best candidate is good enough.

Selection
After a pre-selection, candidates are invited for a fact-finding interview. Concrete criteria – such as education, knowledge and experience – are tested. Based on candidates’ personal qualities, we also assess whether they fit into your corporate culture.
After this selection, an initial report is drawn up presenting the selected candidates with a photograph and introduction. More often than not they are then invited on site for the last interview with the principal. To this end, we will attempt to form a selection commission consisting of two representatives each from our business and from NewRoadz.

Referees
Subject to the candidate’s permission and provided the principal so wishes, we consult the candidate’s referees.

Assessment

An assessment is a standard item in our time planning. It serves as an extra filter that enhances the chance of success. The exact elements on which our testing is based are determined by agreement with the principal. Qualified (NIP) psychologists carry out this suitability test which is followed by a report under the NewRoadz label. The principal decides whether an assessment is to take place or not.
