Investing in people


For a recruitment and selection procedure we charge a basic fee. When the employment contract is signed we charge a final fee, which is a pre-agreed percentage of the gross annual salary, including company car and other fringe benefits, less the basic fee.
 The fee includes:
  • Intake interviews
  • Profile description
  • Drawing up an advert (including layout)
  • Setting up a time plan
  • Confirming the applications
  • Contacting the potential candidates you indicate
  • Pre-selection of candidates
  • Interviews with applicants
  • Interim reporting
  • On-site presentation of the candidates for interim evaluation
  • Intake and reporting by the assessment centre
  • Drawing up a recommended contract of employment
  • Mediation between candidate and principal
  • Informing unsuccessful applicants 

 Media expenses and assessments are charged separately.
