For a recruitment and selection procedure we charge a basic fee. When the employment contract is signed we charge a final fee, which is a pre-agreed percentage of the gross annual salary, including company car and other fringe benefits, less the basic fee. The fee includes: - Intake interviews

- Setting up a time plan
- Confirming the applications
- Contacting the potential candidates you indicate
- Pre-selection of candidates
- Interviews with applicants
- Interim reporting
- On-site presentation of the candidates for interim evaluation
- Intake and reporting by the assessment centre
- Drawing up a recommended contract of employment
- Mediation between candidate and principal
- Informing unsuccessful applicants
Media expenses and assessments are charged separately.
