PRODUCT SPECIALIST (technisch - commercieel)
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor verkoopgerichte technische ondersteuning van de HYVA productgroepen. Je adviseert en traint verkopers, agenten en klanten (ook internationaal), inzake opbouw- en gebruiksmogelijkheden. Je vertaalt markteisen naar transportoplossingen en geeft zo ondermeer input aan R&D om de HYVA producten verder te optimaliseren. Je organiseert opleidingen en bewaakt de HYVA kwaliteitsstandaarden. Je rapporteert aan de Technisch Manager van HYVA International. Je bent toe aan een tweede of derde stap in je loopbaan.

Doel van de functie
After Sales Engineer behandelt technische garantieaanvragen, -klachten, -problemen en vraagstukken van klanten om de servicegraad van Hyvalift/Technamics zeker te stellen.
Organisatorische positie
De After Sales Engineer ontvangt leiding van de After Sales Manager.
Kerntaken
Het op adequate wijze beoordelen en afhandelen van binnenkomende technische garantie (reparatie) aanvragen van dochterondernemingen, agenten en rechtstreekse klanten;
Het signaleren, en gevolg geven aan (structurele) ontwerp, productie- en gebruikersfouten;
Het coordineren en afhandelen van product aansprakelijke zaken, recalls en ongevallen;
Het verzorgen van rapportages (inclusief presenteren indien van toepassing);
Het bezoeken van klanten ter ondersteuning van Sales aangaande service gerichte zaken;
Een actieve bijdrage leveren aan het optimaliseren van de werkzaamheden van de afdeling After Sales;
Zorg dragen voor een correcte uitvoering van de voor afdeling After Sales geldende (ISO) procedures (o.a. procedure garantie, reperaties, klachtenbehandeling, terugkoppeling klantgegevens, verzekeringen.
