Service Manager

Location: Eindhoven — Den Engelsen

Hands-on, strategic and commercial. For the Eindhoven branch of Den Engelsen we are looking for a Service Manager. Satisfaction and quality are central to you: for customers and employees. With your commercial attitude, you have an eye for returns and make the plans that fit the KPIs. You see the common thread in the process, know how to make improvements and understand how things work in the workshop.

You are the (indirect) supervisor of +/- 25 employees and report to the branch manager. You will also work with the service advisors yourself, so you are familiar with the ins and outs of a commercial vehicle branch. How to get the most out of the after-sales department is no secret to you. When there are complaints and excesses, you are called in because of your expertise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS SERVICE MANAGER

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Completed education towards automotive engineering/automotive;
  • Relevant work experience with commercial vehicles;
  • Representative, customer-oriented and proactive.

Den Engelsen Bedrijfswagens is a family business that was created in 2019 from the acquisition of 4 MAN branches as well as Bedrijfswagencentrum Eindhoven from PON. It employs 160 people across four offices in Southeast Netherlands. Den Engelsen Bedrijfswagens is an official brand dealer of MAN and Volkswagens Bedrijfswagens but also maintains tractor and towed equipment of other brands.
