Whether you come for an orientation interview or apply for a job opening, this is what our process looks like:
- telephone introduction;
- personal meeting for orientation, preferably at our office;
- Introduction to client, including photo, resume and DISC assessment;
- Job interview(s) with the client, supervised by NewRoadz;
- reference check;
- start of your new job;
- contact moments up to six months after start.
Our vacancies do not have a fixed closing date. We keep searching until we can present enough suitable candidates to our client.

Interim professionals

Because of our large network, we regularly know how to find a suitable spot, even when there is no official vacancy open. Our interim assignments range from one to five days a week and usually last from several weeks to months. Specific expertise is also sometimes desirable for a half-day session. An interim professional with extensive experience quickly adds value and offers new, fresh insights.
