Our Principal, Merchant in Noordhorn, is looking for an experienced and driven Business Developer for the Northern Netherlands (GR) region. This role is all about achieving sales goals and developing long-term customer relationships, while staying at the forefront of the latest developments within the transportation and logistics industry.

As Business Developer Transportation, you are driven to bring in new customers, you see opportunities and do not hesitate to seize them enthusiastically; you really roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to our commercial goals. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base in the Northern Netherlands, with A good sense for strengthening and maintaining existing customer relationships. You represent Koopman Cargo and Koopman Transmission and you are the commercial face of our brand in the region.

We are looking for a candidate with

• At least 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the transportation and logistics industry;
• Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships;
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented approach;
• A constant drive to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and apply this knowledge in strategic sales plans.
