Are you ready for the team and do you like variety? As an Aftersales Support Employee, you will be the support and back-up for the service desks of the Van Dijk Group. In this primarily back-office position , you will perform support duties such as creating and maintaining maintenance schedules and preparing estimates for R&O contracts. You quickly find your way around modern software packages and keep them up-to-date with the correct customer and truck data. In case of understaffing at a branch you will jump in as a “flying keeper” at the front desk or in the billing department. In short, a versatile and challenging job at the best Truck dealer of the year voted eight times!
Job Requirements Aftersales Support Employee.
- MBO+ thinking level
- Administrative/business training
- Affinity with trucks/transportation/technology is a plus
- Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles/trucks is a plus
- Customer-oriented, flexible and communicatively strong
- Accurate self-starter
