Branch Manager
Location: Den Ham - Operational — Profile Tyrecenter Heuver
Commercial, process improvement and service-oriented. For Profile Tyrecenter Heuver we are looking for an enthusiastic branch manager. You are customer and service oriented. You are independent and given the space and freedom to implement new ideas and improve processes.
You will be responsible for operations and manage your team of 12 people. You want to make your facility the best and maximize its performance. As a people manager you set the tone for a healthy atmosphere in your team, they are the specialists and you think with them and above all keep the overview. Together you will ensure satisfied business and private customers and build on ambitious goals. You know your customer’s needs, know how to meet them and try to exceed them with your team. You will provide work consultations and hold 1-on-1 meetings with your team members.

FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Commercial training is an advantage;
- Affinity with agriculture, trucking and/or automotive industry
- Experience in a managerial position.
COMPANY PROFILE
Profile Heuver consists of 13 Profile Car and Tyreservice branches across the northern and eastern Netherlands. They specialize in tire service for both residential and commercial markets (agricultural, industrial, truck and earthmoving). In addition to tire and rim specialists, Profile Tyrecenter Heuver also provides MOT and maintenance services for passenger cars.
