Business Manager

Commercial, technical and accessible. For our client LAKO road transport equipment we are looking for a company manager. Someone to take day-to-day charge and focus on production, sales and relationships. 

Within the MT of the Plegt Carrosserie Groep, you share your vision for the future. With them, you determine broad organizational policies that you implement at LAKO. You achieve the corresponding goals by working together with your team: you can spar with them with technical insight but they have the expertise and you know how to empower them. You monitor the quality and progress of production, keep an overview of the logistical processes and contribute to improvement and innovation. In addition, you have an eye for the customer: you know how to use your commercial skills to win, build and maintain long-term relationships. For the corresponding sales you do not turn your hand around: full of passion and perseverance!

LAKO road transport equipment is located in Eibergen. The team consists of 25 FTEs over which you will be in charge. There’s a Twente mentality here, and you can do very well with that. Job Requirements Business Manager

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Completed education in HTS automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or automotive;
  • Company management experience (preferred);
  • affinity for the mobility industry;
  • commercial and stress-resistant;
  • communication skills and flexibility;
  • strong organizational skills.
