Capacity Planner Transport

In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling drivers and cars on the schedules of Albert Heijn, among others. You take care of daily communication with drivers so they are well prepared to hit the road! You will also ensure that the daily schedule runs smoothly and that any problems are resolved. 
You enjoy putting together a logistics puzzle every day and supervising it to the best of your ability the next day. You can handle stress well and you like a lot of variety in your work.

You will work at the Zwolle office in a team of 6 planners. (24 – 40 years old) Together you take care of; today’s day, tomorrow’s day and long-term planning. In addition, it is appreciated when you address operational processes in addition to planning so that improvements can be made. This is a day shift position. In addition, er alternate phone shifts.

• MBO+ working and thinking level;
• Experience in the transportation industry
• Proficient in the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
