CFO / Financial Director

Proactive and connecting finance director who feels at home in an entrepreneurial family business in a competitive international market.  This position is new to Dasko’s international MT. You are ultimately responsible for all financial processes in the organization. In addition, you make the liquidity budget and financial targets, for the longer term you ensure that the financial reports and dashboards are in order. You will report to, and be a sparring partner for, the Managing Director and shareholders. You are part of a management team from which -with respect for the family culture- the organization is managed. Thinking along in the further optimization of the financial processes is appreciated with plenty of room for ambition and initiative. 
In this role, you will lead the financial controller and the financial administration department, both in the Netherlands and in Poland and Germany. In addition to internal contacts, you will also be a point of contact for the bank and the accountant. Given the international nature of the position, you will also regularly be at branches abroad and have knowledge of European professional regulations.  You will be employed by the holding company in the Netherlands.

FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS

• Completed education in accountancy, controlling or business administration (HBO+/WO level);
• Experience in managing finance at the strategic level;
• excellent numerical understanding and a good ethical compass;
• Good communication skills in Dutch, German and English;
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
