Chief planner RMO Transport

Flawless transportation, clear communication, fast switching and efficiency. You feel at home in RMO transport and have an affinity for the agricultural business.  In this position, you will be ultimately responsible for planning and be available to your customers and drivers. You will be responsible for scheduling drivers on the various trips, follow these , supervise and make adjustments as needed. In addition, you know where the trade is and see opportunities. Because of you, the cars never run empty. You are broadly employable with a great sense of responsibility. In addition you optimize the overall work-flow and you are the point of contact. You feel good in a dynamic environment and come up with a solution for every problem.
Together with 2 fellow planners you will work in day shifts from Nieuwleusen. 2 days per week you will work from Emmeloord from Farmel’s headquarters. 
Together with the director owner, you are short on time. You have a lot of latitude and opportunities to grow the business. 

Job Requirements Chief Planner RMO Transport

• MBO+/HBO educated in Transportation and Logistics.
• +- 5 years work experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the Agricultural business
• Dutch and German in word and writing, English is preferred
• Decisive, commercial, creative and clear in communication
• Doer, organizer and administratively strong
