Director of Division Load

If we still have a yes now, we’d love to meet with you. In fact, for Heisterkamp Transport we are looking for a builder who, together with his team, will further develop the new Heisterkamp Load division. This department will mainly continue to support and relieve the existing relations and clients of Heisterkamp by also taking care of the one-way FTL’s and LTL’s. You will start with a small team and 40 trucks, with of course all the support that Heisterkamp has at its disposal.

Job Requirements Director Division Load

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Knowledge of the carrier market, transportation and commerce
• Minimum 7 years of demonstrated success at a similar position
• Fluent in English German and Dutch 
• Getting things done mentality
• Self-starter, Entrepreneur, Inspirational leader
• Successful track record
