You will be ultimately responsible for Heisterkamp B.V.’s workshop, warehouse, paint shop, damage repair and body shop for the Oldenzaal and Travemünde branches, which employ 80 colleagues. You will report to the director-owner and be a member of the MT.

Job requirements Director of Engineering
- HBO/WO automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or (technical) business administration
- Management experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of the industry and up to date on the latest developments
- Dutch and German in word and writing
- Organizing, inspiring, leadership
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, strategic and decisive
