As Director of Boekestijn Transport Service Nederland you combine your extensive knowledge and experience in the transport and logistics industry with your ability to build, coach and enthuse a young, ambitious and talented team. You are able to get stakeholders from different backgrounds and cultures to work together optimally. You know how to create vision together with the MT of Boekestijn Transport Service and turn it into a shared ambition. In addition, you are a good sparring partner for the shareholders, create support and use your commercial and communication skills to make change projects run smoothly. You notice opportunities in the market and are able to convert this into proactive policy. As Director of the Netherlands, you will report directly to the CEO.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in transportation and logistics;
• Demonstrated leadership experience within logistics services;
• Highly communicative at all organizational levels;
• Proactive and ambitious personality;
• Good at coaching and motivating young talents as well as experienced forces;
• Commercial attitude;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;
• Experience in change processes.
