As a Freight Forwarder Italy at Tranex, you are the hub of a logistics process that runs like Swiss clockwork – but with Italian flair. You speak the language, feel the culture and know better than anyone else how to make transport to and from Italy run smoothly. Do you have experience in groupage transport and is planning in your blood? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

As a freight forwarder, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating transport between the Netherlands and Italy. You work with regular charters and a stable group of customers, which has grown considerably in recent years. Together with your colleagues you make sure that the transport is done accurately, efficiently and above all well.

• You will plan and coordinate groupage transport to and from Italy (Tuesday through Friday).
• On Mondays, you organize distribution and pickups in the Netherlands.
• Together with your colleagues, you literally roll up your sleeves unloading and loading trucks. This happens on Mondays.
• You will maintain daily contact with regular customers and charters.
• You switch smoothly in Italian when needed – both orally and in writing.
• You keep an overview of trailer layout, loading and unloading times and always think three steps ahead.
• You continuously look for small improvements and will occasionally try new things to optimize processes.

Where do you end up?

Tranex specializes in groupage transport between the Netherlands and Italy. From our Dutch branch we plan weekly with 12 trailers a fine balance of reliable logistics and space for personal approach. Together we ensure high quality and long-term customer relations.

You will work in a committed team with short lines of communication and a practical approach. Everyone helps each other where necessary and together we make sure the work just gets done. No hasty growth plans, but smart steps forward.
