The Challenge
As Manager ICT at Van der Werff, you are the linchpin within the organization. You will coordinate ICT work, lead essential projects, and maintain strategic relationships both internally and externally. You will have the freedom to invest in innovation and the authority to set frameworks within a broad spectrum.
The Role
You will lead an expert team consisting of both internal staff and external specialists, where collaboration with external parties is essential to ensure specialist knowledge and skills. Your approach is people-oriented; you encourage team members to think independently and take responsibility. You will be responsible for developing the ICT strategy and ensuring that the organization keeps up with the latest technologies.

Who Are We Looking For

- HBO/HBO+ working and thinking level;
- In-depth knowledge of ICT, automation and systems management;
- Multi-year leadership experience;

- Affinity with the transportation industry is a plus.
