Inside Sales Manager

Motivator, process-oriented and team player. Are you the building team leader we are looking for for Den Engelsen? In this position, you will manage the inside sales team of 6 people. You are the leader with vision who shapes, adapts and can translate the process to the team. You have a controlling role, are administratively strong and accurate. With your team, you will maintain contact with importers, be responsible for order processing and orders. You will coordinate with body builders, handle delivery scheduling and invoicing. Your technical background means you know exactly what you’re talking about and you easily find your way around IT systems. You signal and have a flexible attitude. You will have short lines of communication with management, to whom you will report directly. You keep your cool when the workload mounts and set the right priorities. 

Job Requirements

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Experience in truck or commercial vehicle business is a plus;
• Stress resistant and can keep a good overview;
• detail- and results-oriented;
• communication skills.
