Jr. Manager of Business Improvement (KAM, processes, business office).

Location: Goor (Overijssel) — OAD

Do you have a passion for logistics, people and processes? As a Jr. Manager Operational Improvement support you will support the Director in the efficient and flawless operational execution of the OAD bus business. Your reports to the Bus Company Director, manages the business office (1.5FTE) and your is also Bus Company Quality Manager. In addition, you will be responsible for supervising projects such as the implementation of on-board computers. entertainment systems and the maintenance of ISO14001. Location for this position is Goor. The other locations will be visited once or twice a week. Your duties are:

  • Create KPIs and non-financial reports. Your keeps track of these and reports on them. Consider occupancy rates, availability, damages, complaints, etc..
  • Optimization of Order-to-Cash business processes such as input  of quotes and processing of trip data.
  • Directing and implementing operational projects such as introduction of on-board computers, wifi on the road etc..
  • Manage and optimize the ERP system.
  • Optimizing the utilization of staff and fleet.
  • You lead the business office. The business office includes tasks such as monitoring and recording external trip costs and driver declarations, monitoring compliance legislation through internal audits, setting up customer satisfaction surveys, maintaining various systems and organizing and conducting Code95 training courses.
  • You will monitor quality and safety in the role of quality manager (ISO 9001). To this end, you will maintain the quality manual and conduct internal audits.
  • You set up and implement ISO14001 and ISO26001 in the organization.

  • Completed a relevant college-level education in the field of Logistics or Technical Business Administration.
  • Good knowledge of and experience with IT systems in general and ERP systems in particular. You are also very proficient with the various packages of Microsoft Office.
  • gained at least 5 years of relevant experience and ready for the second or third step in your career.
