Jr. Procurement Manager

Commercial, hands-on and flexible. For our client ICTS we are looking for a junior procurement manager: a real growth position. You will start with purchasing and inventory management of parts at the workshop in Rotterdam and grow into a strategic position within the organization. 

At the start of this job, you will be introduced to the operational flow of a business unit of ICTS. After this you will continue to grow and determine with management the purchasing strategy for parts and tires for the workshops. You will set the KPIs, liaise with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best deals. You will integrate this strategy across all workshops and ensure that processes are efficient and in sync. ICTS provides the training path associated with this job growth.

At first you will work mainly from the workshop in Rotterdam and gradually this will be expanded to other locations in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Job Requirements Jr. Procurement Manager

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Relevant completed education towards engineering, logistics or commerce;
• Experience in similar position (preferred);
• Or relevant work experience as an entry-level employee;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch, English and French languages;
• IT proficient;
• commercial and flexible.
