Lubricants Account Manager

Commercial. Results-driven. Decisive. Customer-oriented. As a Lubricants Account Manager, you recognize yourself in the above qualities and will be responsible for selling Gulf’s lubricants. Through acquisition in your working area (Noord Holland, Gelderland, Overijssel, Drenthe, Friesland, Groningen) you are the face and first point of contact for new and existing relations. You are commercial and understand technology combined with lubricants. You offer customized lubricant advice and provide appropriate advice. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the professional handling of customer contacts, orders and accounts receivable. As an account manager, you coordinate and are responsible for the customer/prospect. Of course, you record all customer and sales data in the CRM system. 

As an Account Manager, you also work continuously to improve business processes and product improvements. You come up with good ideas and initiatives. In addition, you independently set KPIs, analyze them and write your own sales plan (PDCA cycle). You will stay abreast of developments in relevant products, industries and competitors, as well as sales strategies and sales trends. You will share relevant information, insights and knowledge gained with your committed colleagues in the field and inside sales. As Account Manager Lubricants, you will work together and report directly to the Director of Gulf.
