As a member of the MT, you will be fully involved in the organization around delivering high quality machinery, rolling stock and services for roads, airports and public spaces. In doing so, you apply the highest quality standards and ensure correct execution and compliance with the agreed SLAs which are established and monitored on basis of extremely complete data. You know how to properly translate and exceed client expectations based on this data in overall performance. You will be responsible for all after sales and work closely with the Sales and Solution Development managers. With your knowledge and passion for technology, you are a conversation partner at all levels.  You like a tough challenge when it comes to improving processes and know that this can only be done by taking each employee to the next level as a team member. You stand in front of your people and together with your managerial colleagues you know how to motivate each other and bring out the best in each other.

You play a leading role in monitoring the after-sales processes and you know better than anyone else how to turn ideas into processes and standardized working methods. The aftersales team consists of 12 direct and 50 indirect reports, where you are the aftersales face of Aebi Schmidt for customers, service partners and dealers. You make sure they feel heard and valued to the maximum. In addition, you are in contact with other organizational units of Aebi Schmidt, such as plants, quality management and after-sales managers from other countries.

Job Requirements Manager Aftersales Operations

  • Completed college education (Technical Business Administration / Automotive Engineering)
  • Demonstrated keen technical acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive after sales experience in an industrial environment  
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience, true connector
  • A true litigator, communicatively strong, structured and analytical 
  • Strong in professional reporting and presentation
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably SAP 
  • Proficient in Dutch and English both orally and in writing.
