Manager of Aftersales

Confident, driven and a people-oriented leader! For our Apeldoorn office we are looking for a Manager Aftersales. We are looking for a natural connector who can inspire and guide mechanics and service advisors. With your superiority and hands-on mentality, you will ensure that the aftersales department runs like a well-oiled machine with the customer at its center.

Your role

As an Aftersales Manager, you are the liaison between the workshop and the customer. You bring unity to the team and have a clear vision of how to take the service level to the next level. With your technical knowledge, you convince mechanics and are able to effectively lead both individual discussions and team meetings. You have an overview, see where optimizations are possible and are decisive in your decision-making.

• Experience in the automotive sector;
• Strong communication skills and a connecting factor within a team;
• hands-on mentality; you are committed to the team and the customer:
• Experience managing multiple workshops is a plus;
• Good technical knowledge to convince and guide mechanics.

Job Requirements

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, towards automotive engineering;
• Experience in a leadership role with technical affinity;
• Experience with modern, computerized systems;
• personality traits: decisive, optimistic and with integrity.
