You are part of the Management Team of the branch and lead operational departments including: loading and warehousing, transport planning, packaging and driver desk.
You will manage 6 people, indirectly about 80 people. 

Job Requirements Manager Operations

• HBO working and thinking level
• Demonstrated successful experience within operations management
• Affinity and experience with distribution logistics
• Figures insight and manages using KPIs
• Command of German language is a plus
• In terms of leadership a combination between Result -and Peoplemanager
