Manager Workshop Harderwijk
Location: Harderwijk - Commercial - Management - Operational — Bakker Bedrijfswagens
As an ambitious workshop manager at the Harderwijk location, you will be in charge of the entire workshop. You will focus primarily on facilitating and moving the team and workplace processes forward. Ensuring excellent service quality and leading a dynamic team has your heart. The purpose of the workshop involves the maintenance, repair and preparation of DAF Trucks, as well as light line vehicles from Iveco and Fiat.
Profile:
- Team leadership: Managing a close-knit team, embracing experience as well as innovation. Freedom to apply your own management style. You possess innate leadership skills, are driven and communicate easily at various levels.
- Operational Management: Optimizing the daily operation, You stand for proper planning with room for ad-hoc customer requests. Division of labor and ensuring efficiency and quality in all work processes.
- Technical expertise: With a technical education at at least MBO 4 level, you bring a strong foundation. You are able to discuss and resolve technically challenging issues with the team. Experience with DAF systems is a plus but not a must.
- Customer and service orientation: Maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues, and ensure excellence in service quality.
