Operations Director

COMPANY PROFILE

At Acon, located in Lemelerveld, we are looking for a driven and people-oriented Operations Director. Ever since its founding in 1980, Acon has been a versatile all-round company where quality comes first; you can see this in the services, the office and, for example, the company cars (Land Rover) in which they drive. The team of about 25 skilled employees specializes in supplying and installing fencing, fences and shoring. They do this mainly for semi- and central government, public sector and GWW. They have been doing this for over 40 years in a safe, flexible and sustainable manner.

FUNCTION

As Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing Acon’s daily processes and business. You will lead the entire company and work closely with all employees to achieve Acon’s goals and establish top quality for its customers. Acon employs people who are loyal to the company. One gets a lot of freedom in doing things here. It is up to you to facilitate these people so that they can challenge and develop themselves personally and professionally.

You will be responsible as Operations Director P&L. With your commercial and administrative acumen, energy and entrepreneurial attitude, you are able to take Acon’s performance to the next level. We are looking for an ambitious manager who now wants to step up to executive level. Affinity with the target population is a plus.
