As a starter in this position, you will have the opportunity to grow as a co-final manager for the entire operation. You will think along in the further development of processes, operations and will actively participate in the management of staff. You are by nature a connector and you facilitate people in their learning process. You have a lot of contact with different clients and you ensure optimal customer satisfaction with your team.

You will work in a close-knit team consisting of a route planner, quality systems manager, administrative staff, IT, warehouse staff and drivers. The company is well organized, neat and has a client base they have worked with for years. 

In this new position, you will take the operational tasks away from the DGA, freeing up more time to pursue business. How the company continues to be developed is largely in your control. In this, you spar with your team and with the owner on a weekly basis.
