Region Sales Manager

Results-oriented. Commercial. Ambitious. As Region Sales Manager at STEF Netherlands, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the North-East region. With your enthusiasm, talent and experience, you know how to creatively find potential clients, make the first contacts and bind them to you. In addition, you maintain contact with existing customers and try to generate more sales in a structural way here as well.

For this role, we are looking for a proactive Sales professional who loves challenges and will help take service delivery to the next level. The organization is undergoing a transformation, with your knowledge and experience you will therefore be an important sparring partner for both the Sales Department and the Branch Manager.
You know the (international) market and know how to initiate and facilitate synergy between the various players in which STEF Netherlands is the connecting link. As the ideal candidate, you possess the right mix of entrepreneurship, guts, professionalism and people skills.
As Region Sales Manager, you will work closely with the national Sales team and report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director.

Job Requirements Region Sales Manager

  • HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of commerce;
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales/Account Manager, Consultant or Relationship Management;
  • Experience in Food and Temperature Controlled Logistics is a plus;
  • team player;

  • excellent communication skills;
  • Good command of Dutch and English (French or German is an advantage);
