Customer-friendly, technical, enthusiastic. As Service Advisor at Bakker Bedrijfswagens you are the contact person for the 2 locations in Apeldoorn. You are commercially savvy and dare to make decisions. With your strong communication skills and empathy, you speak the language of customers (entrepreneurs and drivers) and suppliers involved. With these above qualities and your technical knowledge, you know how to translate requirements and complex problems into appropriate solutions. 

As a Service Advisor you will work daily with 17 driven, skilled mechanics and together with your colleague you will ensure clear communication towards the workshop. Because you thoroughly question the customer in advance , you make an estimate of the diagnosis and plan repair and maintenance work in consultation with the Workshop Manager. After a repair is initiated, you inform the customer about the progress of the repair and keep a close eye on the schedule. You will also be responsible for the correct intake and delivery of the vehicles. You will create work orders and price quotes yourself and ensure that all processes are properly recorded administratively. In this versatile position, it is important that you can keep a good overview. You will report to the branch manager. In a team of 25 colleagues, the lines are short and the atmosphere is collegial and committed.
