As a Service Coordinator, you will be working daily with your colleagues to keep the workshop running at peak performance. You are first point of contact for the customer and you are known there as friendly, helpful and thorough. You will take on and prepare maintenance and repair work. You are tightly organized and a professional when it comes to scheduling, keeping the client informed of progress. The main goal of you and your colleagues is to satisfy the customer. Job requirements Service coordinator
- MBO+ diploma (for example, MTS or HTS automotive engineering)
- Commercial and service-oriented
- Knowledge of vehicle technology
- Proactive and ambitious
- Knowledge and experience in trucking is a big plus
