Are you an incisive Supervisor Car Logistics? Proactive, process-oriented and communicatively strong? As Supervisor Car Logistics at Koopman Car Terminal in Amsterdam, you will function as the hub of the organization and lead team leaders and employees (total +/- 50 fte) of the Car Logistics department. You are the single point of contact within the organization for all activities performed in the field and all movements of cars. You will monitor and control tasks and processes and report to management. As a manager, you will use your analytical insight and persuasiveness to optimize workforce planning. You play a key role in implementing development plans to grow your team. 

As a Supervisor, you will also be involved in optimizing processes and projects. You have a passion for automotive and come up with innovative ideas and improvement proposals, that lead to higher quality and improved efficiency. From your connecting role, you organize and lead work consultations and meetings. You will report to the Operations Manager.
