Transportation Manager

Are you sociable, precise, have diesel in your blood and ready for a new step? Then this job opening at Mulder Transport may be for you! As transportation manager, you will manage the drivers and scheduling and work with the director in developing the processes further.

Mulder Transport employs about 60 people (40 FTE), most of whom are drivers. As their manager, you have the social feelers to see and support them in personal and professional development and related training. You will also work intensively with the planners. What’s more: when the need arises, you don’t hesitate to help plan refrigerated transport and container planning. The company is doing a lot of optimization and through your knowledge of IT structures you can help fine tune the improvement processes. You are a sparring partner and adopt a teachable attitude.

Job Requirements Transportation Manager

• MBO+ / hbo working and thinking level;
• Background in logistics/transportation;
• generalist within logistics;
• Knowledge of transportation plans;
• connective and stress-resistant.
