Ambitious. Process-oriented. Organizer. As a Transport Planner at Koopman TransMission in Bergen op Zoom, you are responsible for optimal planning of fine-mesh distribution with vans and trucks.
With the planning team, you know how to translate wishes and needs of (new) customers into concrete, solution-oriented transport assignments. 
In cooperation with your fellow transport planners, you take care of the daily deployment of over 25 drivers and supervise the processing of transport orders.
With your helicopter view and proactive attitude, you know how to properly monitor, analyze and optimize processes where necessary. In addition, you take care of providing good information to drivers. You facilitate and support them in completing assignments properly.
Together you provide an excellent customer experience.

The Transportation Planning Department works closely with Crossdock and Customer Service staff. Through this collaboration, you contribute to an optimal business process. You ensure efficiency and quality, contributing new solutions where necessary. We are looking for a driven professional who is willing and able to grow with the ambition of Koopman TransMission. You will help take the Planning Department to the next level, after which there will be room for advancement opportunities within the organization.
In this scheduling coordination role, you will work in the three-shift system (early/late/night) and report to the site manager.
