Do you get energy from taking care of administrative matters to perfection? Do you have a heart for technology and enjoy providing excellent service? Van Dijk Trucks is looking for a Workshop Factorist to help build success!

At Van Dijk Trucks, the workshop administration is your field. Here, you are responsible for the optimal execution of the administrative processing of workshop orders: after a workshop order comes in, you know how to convert this into a clear invoice for the customer. You will submit warranty claims and goodwill and arrange ROB requests. To do your job well in this challenging position, knowledge of truck maintenance and repair work is required.

At the Utrecht office, you will work together with two colleagues in the back office. The branch itself consists of an enthusiastic team where there is a collegial and informal atmosphere.

Job Requirements Workshop Invoicer

  • MBO working and thinking level (diploma towards commercial vehicle technology/transportation);
  • Knowledge of and experience in trucking is a plus;  
  • Administrative skills;
  • Affinity with engineering (practical knowledge and technical understanding)
