Workshop Manager

As Workshop Manager at Post & Haveman you will be responsible for the workshop, management of the fleet of vehicles and the team of two mechanics, you will also work on the team yourself. You will be responsible for maintenance planning and ensure that work runs smoothly. You think along with the driver’s practice and develop new solutions to make the work even smoother. In addition to managing the fleet, you will also deal with purchasing materials and parts and coordinate the breakdown service. You will speak to your team about vision and plans for the future and be a sparring partner for management on technical matters. In short: a versatile position in which you can still participate on the shop floor, with extra room to be involved in quality, safety and teamwork!
