Workshop Manager

Are you that technically savvy people manager who is also good at planning and delegating ? Do you have what it takes to make people grow and take responsibility? Then you are the Workshop Manager that Brinks Carrosserieën needs. As a member of the MT, you are fully involved in the organization around the delivery of bodies and service, you maintain a high standard of quality. You know how to translate client expectations well and exceed them in overall performance. You will be responsible for the production and service of the body shop department. With your knowledge and passion for trucks and technology, you are a conversation partner at all levels. You like a tough challenge when it comes to improving processes and know better than anyone that this can only be done by taking each employee to the next level as a team member. Especially because you stand in front of your people and together with your managerial colleagues motivate each other and bring out the best in each other.
Due to the upcoming retirement of the current manager, we are looking for a solid candidate who has experience as a company manager, chief workshop or production manager. You know what is required when it comes to building teams and you are able to delegate responsibilities, in this you switch at all levels within the organization.

Job Requirements Workshop Manager
- HBO working and thinking level
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience with manufacturing and/or business processes (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
- Leader and manager at all levels
- Great sense of responsibility
- Experience with the dynamics of a family business
