Workshop Manager

Location: Vuren — Wago

Are you customer-oriented, plan-oriented and technically proficient? As a Workshop Manager at WAGO, you know better than anyone else how to provide optimum customer care and service. From your important, central role, you maintain contact with customers, drivers and colleagues. Clear processes and clear communication are key here. From the workshop in Vuren you are operationally responsible for the workshop as well as managing the team, which consists of 15 motivated mechanics with a Chief Workshop. 

As Workshop Manager, you will monitor the planning and repair and maintenance activities of the trucks and trailers. From your technical experience, you know how to motivate your team, deploy them in the right place, and you can make adjustments where necessary to provide the right solution. You are organizationally strong and driven. With your customer and service-oriented attitude, you yourself – using the CRM system – proactively approach customers for maintenance and MOT appointments. You take care of an attractive quotation, a clear planning, the check-in and check-out of the (rental) trailers and the invoicing. When questions arise after completion, you handle them to the satisfaction of the customer. As Workshop Manager, you will report to the management on a weekly basis.
