Workshop team manager (people manager)

You motivate, inspire and grow the team. We are looking for an experienced people manager who knows what it takes for his team to excel. You are technically proficient and know how to implement improvements. You will lead a team of 15 colleagues and be responsible for the workshop and warehouse. You will ensure repairs are done efficiently and of high quality. In this, you know how to put the right people in the right places. You effectively apply LEAN (5S methodology). You will work in the workshop in Zwolle where you will work on the daily maintenance and repairs of the fleet of vehicles, mainly buses, of Keolis from the region. It suits you to discuss topics that are about coming up with high-quality services, good safety and work processes. Keolis strives for (un)ordinary good service. As a traveler, the customer is a guest at them and the service is designed with this in mind.
 

Job requirements Team Manager Workshop (people manager)

• HBO automotive / automotive engineering
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar position
• Experience with and knowledge of Lean 5S
• Knowledge of the latest developments in automotive workshops
• People manager, improver and leader
• Eye for quality, efficient scheduler clear when it comes to making appointments.
